This app does calculations for projectile motion for you. You put in the information you know, and this app will calculate what you're missing. It does simple 1-D motion as well as 2-D motion. Some calculation it can do are:
- Find how long it will take a launched projectile to reach the ground.
- Find the angle a projectile needs to be launched at in order to hit a target.
- Find the maximum height a launched projectile will reach.
This app is great to use for physics or in a physics classroom.
It uses kinematic equations to do most of it's calculations, so this app can be used to check your work as well.
Some things I'm planning to add are:
- Unit conversion
- Force calculations
- Graphs
- Steps to solving
